Beach Festival Nieuwpoort is free for children under 12 (all children born after 18/07/2013) when accompanied by an adult. Children do not need to purchase a ticket or make a reservation.
The exact age at the moment of the festival will be taken into account, not the year of birth. Make sure you can always prove your child's age by providing a Kids ID. They will receive the same type of ticket (regular, VIP, or Golden Circle) as their accompanying adult.
However, the festival caters specifically to an adult audience and no facilities are provided for children.
Attention! Your child's ears are developing. Be sure to provide appropriate hearing protection to prevent damage.
To prevent illegal resale and fraud, your tickets will not be available in the Ticketmaster App (or in your account) until 19/06/2025 at 11am.

You can request an invoice for your purchased tickets. You can do this by sending an email to
support@ticketmaster.be with the following information: date of purchase of tickets, order number of tickets, number of tickets, name and billing information.
Tickets are scanned by bar code, not by name. So if you cannot be there, someone else may go in your place. Hopefully we will see you next time!

Yes, we are holding tickets aside at the ADD cash register. Our golden advice: be sure to be there on time! Please note that different prices apply at the entrance.
Yes, folding chairs with a maximum height (folded) of 55 cm are allowed on the festival grounds.
Folding seats higher than 55 cm (folded) are NOT allowed.
Please leave backpacks and bags at home if possible. Large backpacks and handbags (higher than 45 cm) are not allowed at Beach Festival Nieuwpoort. Please take this into account!
Own food and drinks are not allowed on the festival grounds, unless you can provide a doctor's certificate.
So if you want to bring your own food and drink for medical reasons, you have to request a certificate from Inter. You can then enter the festival with this certificate.
Beach Festival Nieuwpoort takes place in the Maritiem Park near the Nieuwpoort Marina, with the iconic lighthouse and numerous sailboats in the background.

Beach Festival Nieuwpoort will take place on Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20, 2025.
Beach Festival Nieuwpoort will open its doors on Saturday, July 19 at 1:00 PM and on Sunday, July 20 at 1:30 PM.
The doors will close on Saturday, July 19 at 1:30 AM and on Sunday, July 20 at 12:30 AM, each time one hour after the end of the final performance.

It is not possible to leave the festival site during the festival. If leaving the festival site, a new ticket must be purchased to regain access to the festival site.
From this year, you can pay with Bancontact at all food and drink stands.
In addition, it will still be possible to use a Drinks & Food card. Important information on this:

Visitors receive a voucher with locker number and code. There is no deposit to pay. The lockers are payable with bank or credit card (Maestro/Mastercard/Visa).

We pay attention to the ears of our Beach Festival Nieuwpoort visitors. We are aware of the dangers of loud music. Thanks to the best sound systems, the sound from our boxes is of high quality and at an acceptable noise level.
The maximum volume is set by law at an average of 100 dB(A) over 60 minutes. This is strictly adhered to. Want to take extra precautions? Earplugs are available at the entrance and at the information booth on the festival grounds.
Professional sound, film, video, and photographic equipment are not allowed. However, small simple devices without detachable lens and smartphones are welcome at Beach Festival Nieuwpoort. Accessories (such as tripods, tripods, selfie sticks, Gopro mounts, etc) are also not allowed.
Lost keys, wallet, cell phone, purse? Not fun, but it can happen. All lost items will be collected at the information stand at the entrance during the festival. Found something yourself? Feel free to bring it in at the info stand. After the festival you can collect your lost items at the office of Tourism Nieuwpoort, Hendrikaplein 11, 8620 Nieuwpoort.
Na het festival kun je het resterende saldo van je food & drinks vouchers opvragen en een terugbetaling aanvragen via www.beachfestival.be/wallet. Dit is mogelijk van 22 juli 2025 om 10:00 uur tot en met 29 juli 2025 om 18:00 uur. Houd er rekening mee dat er servicekosten van €3,50 worden gerekend bij een terugbetaling.
